🌟 Stop 1: Protected Cultivation in Turkwangam
Visited the protected cultivation structure of Shri Mohammad Yousuf Ji in Turkwangam, accompanied by Syed Fayaz Ahmad, Junior Agriculture Extension Officer.

- Total Cost: ₹10.81 lakh.
- Subsidy: ₹10.26 lakh (95%) under HADP 2023-24.
- Farmer’s Contribution: ₹55,000.

🌟 Stop 2: Hi-Tech Polyhouses in Aflac Chirat
Met with Shri Mohd. Yousuf Bhat and his brother, beneficiaries of HADP 2024-25, who each installed hi-tech polyhouses.

- Size: 500 sq. m. per polyhouse.
- Cost: ₹20.57 lakh per project.
- Subsidy: 95% of project cost.
- Activity: Sowing seeds for seedlings, leveraging modern polyhouse technology for year-round cultivation.
🌟 Stop 3: Low-Cost Polyhouses in Chittragam Gaw
Visited Chittragam Village with Dr. Nasarullah Rathar Ji, AEO. Met three farmers who received low-cost polyhouses under HADP 2023-24:
- Mudasir Ah. Dar: Annual income ₹1,80,000 from seedlings and vegetables.
- Fayaz Ah. Dar: Annual income ₹2,30,000.
- Rayees Ah. Dar: Annual income ₹1,50,000.
- Project Details:
- Total Cost: ₹2 lakh per polyhouse.
- Subsidy: ₹1.90 lakh (95%).
- Additional Support: 30% subsidy (₹1 lakh) for tempo purchase to assist in self-marketing.
🌟 Stop 4: Borewell Subsidy in Chittragam Kalan
Met Shri Manzor Ah. Manto, who benefited from a 50% subsidy under HADP 2023-24 for borewell installation.
- Impact: Improved water availability for irrigation, leading to increased agricultural productivity.
🌟 Stop 5: Controlled Mushroom Unit in Chotipora
Visited Shri Farooq Ah. Mallah, who operates a fully controlled mushroom cultivation unit.

- Subsidy: ₹8 lakh (40%) under HADP 2023-24.
- Production Details:
- Last cycle: Harvested 1,200 kg fresh mushrooms from two units (100 bags each).

Visited the low-cost polyhouse of Shri Ab. Hamid Khan with Hilal Ahmed Malik, AEO Zone Chakoora.
