Progressive orchardist Mudasir Aziaz of Surranda shared his journey of utilizing various subsidies under the Horticulture Department’s HADP initiative:
1️⃣ Power Tiller – 50% subsidy (₹60,000)
2️⃣ Water Storage Tank – 50% subsidy 💧

We motivated local farmers to establish a 5 Kanal rootstock bank and ultra-high-density apple orchards 🍎 to boost productivity and ensure sustainable farming practices. These efforts align with Project 21’s goal of transforming Jammu’s horticulture sector through innovation and farmer support. 🚀
